The Directorate shall- |

The Directorate shall,incarryingoutitsfunctionsunderthisAct,take |

AnyissuebeforetheBoardinitsmeetingshallbedecidedbya |

The Boardshallmeetatleastfourtimesayear andwhenever |

Meetingsof theBoard |
thissectionbefore histerminoffice expires,anorganisationshallnominate anotherpersontofillthevacancyfor the remainingterm. |
Where a nominatedmember vacatesoffice inaccordance with |

referredinsubsection(2) (f) if itisnecessaryintheinterestofthe effective performance ofthe functionsof the DirectorateunderthisAct. |
The Minister mayterminate the nominationof a member |
